• Damaged or Incorrect Products
  
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is required as evidence to process an exchange.
  
• Eligibility for Return/Exchange
  
• Products that have been used or further damaged after receipt are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your product.
  
• Processing Your Exchange
  
• A replacement will be dispatched only after the returned product has been received and verified.

• Color Variations: Minor differences in color may occur due to photography and lighting conditions.
  
• Handloom Sarees: Extra threads or slight gaps are common.
  
• Powerloom Sarees: Minute oil stains may be present.
